Pinch of Health 1000 Follower Powersheets Giveaway

I am SO excited for the first ever Pinch of Health Giveaway! I thought long and hard about what I wanted to give for the first giveaway, and couldn't think of a better gift than the Cultivate What Matters 2018 Powersheets. I bought my first set of Powersheets for 2017. I purchased them in November of 2016 after stalking the Cultivate What Matters Instagram page and the hashtag #powersheets for about 6 months. It was one of the top 3 best decisions I made that contributed to my best year in recent memory! So let me tell you all about them, plus a few peeks into my personal 2017 Powersheets.

What Are Powersheets?

Powersheets are an intentional (and this is the distinguishing factor) goal planning workbook that helps you discover what it is you truly want. Now hear me well, they are NOT your typical, write your goals down as they come to your head and then hope they happen. Powersheets take you through an extensive prep work process to uncover what's currently working well in your life, what's not working, changes you would like to see in the months and year to come, and so much more! You will literally write your heart on the pages of these sheets. Because in order to make worth-while goals, you have to be honest with yourself. This is the perfect platform to do just that.

Prep Work

The first part of the Powersheets is the prep work. I completed this prep work at the end of 2016 in preparation for setting my 2017 goals. Here are a few of my absolute favorite pages that helped me discover what I truly wanted this year.

I adore this page! I just compiled a few images & quotes that reflected what I hoped for in 2017.

You choose a word for the year, and I chose the word "thrive". It couldn't have served me better! All year long I have been on the lookout for ways to thrive in all areas of my life. This is a major reason I'm now vegan.

This page is a new addition to this year's Powersheets. It has you go through and rank your satisfaction in each area to determine which areas need more attention. So smart!

This is a fun page. I was surprised at how stumped I was to answer some of the questions, and it was about ME!

I heart this page SOO much! Thinking about all the things that fire me up was so refreshing. It helped me to intentionally include more of these things in my year.

You will have fun with the prep work, and it will push you. It took me about 2 weeks to work my way through everything. These are just some of the pages, so many more good pages to help you sift through what you want. 

Set Good & Intentional Goals

Based on everything you uncovered in your prep work, you then follow the prompts to set your goals. One thing I absolutely love about my Powersheets is that although you set your top goals at the beginning, you update and refresh them every three months! I don't know about you but my life and goals can change frequently so having the space to adjust is crucial. And if you still want to keep the same goals, you simply roll them over and keep taking intentional action. Intentionality is the name of the game here.

Here's an example of my most recent goal refresh. I had already accomplished many of my original goals so this was a nice and simple refresh.

Monthly Tending

Most people underestimate the power of a single day, week, and month. The monthly process is, to me, what makes the Powersheets so effective. Each month you fill out the following pages to make sure you are still taking action on what matters most.

The first page gives you a snapshot at the month ahead. You also get to choose your one focal goal or word for the month. This was my birthday month so I chose the word "CELEBRATE". I loved finding ways to celebrate myself and others all month long. 🙂

The next part is to brainstorm all of your potential monthly goals and then set your Monthly, Weekly, Daily goals. Im not the best at checking off my daily goals but it keeps my mind focused.
